Mitch's Birthday

So before I start our blogging adventures for 2010, I need to go back and cover a couple of very important events, one being Mitch's 7th birthday. Boy, does time fly when you're having fun. This year Mitch really wanted a birthday party and I decided that he was probably old enough to have one, but I'm convinced that that will probably only happen every other year. It was wild having 7 boys running around.

Mitch's favorite breakfast is a nice plate of pancakes, so thanks to dad he started out his day with some nice pancakes. He was thrilled!

I had one my friends make Mitch's cake and cupcakes and they turned out really cute and he was so excited to have a red motorcycle like his on top.

Luckily it was still really nice outside in November so the boys were able to go outside and play football and basketball. I'm so glad they weren't cooped up in the house all afternoon! Libby is out in the middle of the herd, she was so happy just to play with some other kids, even if they were a little rough.

Opening presents with all the kids was an adventure too! They all wanted to play with the gift they gave Mitch which was really funny. Mitch made out like a bandit! He's lucky to have such good friends.
